Kuhn Redvista app is digital maintenance assistant

Machinery manufacturer Kuhn introduces the smart app Redvista, a machinery maintenance assistant.

The Redvista app by Kuhn is free. It shows the user where all the maintenance points on a machine are located. After downloading the app the user must scan a sticker or symbol on the machine, using the smartphone’s camera. The app then loads the correct and most up to date maintenance information.

In order to see where all the maintenance points – for lubricating for instance – are located on the machine, the user can simply point the smartphone’s camera on the machine. All the maintenance points will then appear on the screen of the smartphone.

Workshop manuals

Kuhn’s goal is to make workshop manuals redundant, since these often go missing. With the app, every farmer, driver and mechanic has access to the correct and up to date maintenance information.

At the upcoming Sima show, Kuhn will receive a Silver Innovation Award for the Redvista app.
