Description

The AgBot 2.055W4 is a 4-wheeled field robot, equipped with a Deutz diesel engine and an electric drive train. This AgBot is to be used for light soil applications and maintenance such as soil preparation, seeding and weeding. Through the AgXeed portal, full season task planning, executing and controlling is possible at all times. The portal provides access to all kinds of data in real time.

Drive train type

2.9 l, 4-stroke Deutz diesel engine, Stage V with 55 kW (75 hp), max. torque of 300 Nm. Electric drive train with a speed range from 0 – 13.5 km/h.

Characteristics

Three-point rear linkage category 2, hooks at category 3 – 4 ton maximum lift capacity at hooks. Three-point front linkage category 2 – 1.5 ton maximum lift capacity at hooks. Up to 3 double-acting proportional spool valves, 85 l/min at 210 bar hydraulic pump. Optional Load Sensing. Optional electric driven PTO (up to 50 kW) +/- 1200 rpm (completely variable in adjustment).

Navigation system

The AgBot utilises RTK GNSS for precise positioning and navigation, with an accuracy of 2.5 cm. In addition, the robot stays in its designated plot by a geofence system. The AgBot is equipped with an advanced obstacle detection system, including a LiDAR sensor, ultrasonic sensors, radar sensors (integrated in the safety bumper) and a contact sensitive safety bumper.
