CropScan 4000VT now compatible with next-generation 12-inch dual displays for real-time grain quality analysis

CropScanAg, an Australian leader in Near-Infrared (NIR) grain analysis, has developed a new on-combine grain analyser for next-generation Case IH and New Holland combines. The solution allows growers to measure grain protein, moisture, oil and starch content in real time—right from the combine cab—thanks to full integration with the OEMs’ dual 12-inch monitor displays.

The collaboration with Case IH and New Holland engineers enables seamless operation of the CropScan 4000VT system through the combines’ native interface, offering farmers a more streamlined harvesting experience and enhanced agronomic insights.

Smart data from the field to the shed

The CropScan 4000VT captures grain composition data continuously during harvest, helping farmers make better decisions about fertiliser application, grain segregation, and storage. Real-time visibility into protein and moisture variation supports variable rate nitrogen management for future seasons, as well as more profitable grain marketing.

“We noticed during the New Holland CR11 2025 harvest demo that the integration of the CR4000VT into the 12-inch consoles really simplified the experience,” said Josh White, Precision Farming Regional Manager at McIntosh and Sons in Geraldton, Australia. “Our next-gen combine customers can continue gathering protein data and improve farm efficiencies.”

Availability and compatibility

The system is available for Case IH and New Holland next-generation combines equipped with Dual 1200-series displays. No additional third-party monitor is required, making the solution more user-friendly and accessible for new users.

Pricing details have not yet been published. CropScanAg solutions are distributed globally and are currently available through dealers and distributors in North America, Europe, and Australia.
