What is the most striking detail of your system?

The system is based on a single-antenna solution and can be expanded to a dual-antenna solution. While retaining the simplicity and higher applicability of the single-antenna solution, it also performs well for special scene requirements, such as ultra-low-speed operations (≤ 0.1 km/h). The system supports both motor and hydraulic control, and can switch between different controller types and expand other functions, such as expanding satellite graders.

How is it fitted?

Usually, trained dealer service personnel installs it on agricultural machinery. Without considering other preparation factors (such as an original vehicle steering wheel that is very difficult to remove), the installation time generally is 30 minutes.

Can it be fitted on pre-installed or factory fitted vehicle components?

It can be applied to all tractors. We have experience in pre-installation and provide corresponding solutions to support the pre-installation of the automatic steering system before the vehicle leaves the factory.

Can you take the system to another vehicle?

Transfer installation only requires reconfiguration of agricultural machinery parameters and initial calibration of the new vehicle after each hardware transfer, depending on the vehicle model and the actual installation location of the antenna. In order to ensure stability and reliability during use, some components, such as the GNSS antenna and the terminal, are fixed with glue or screws.

What happens if satellite or correction signals lack or fail?

The standard solution we provide is that if the vehicle’s correction signal is suddenly lost during driving, the system automatically switches to inertial navigation mode and continues to perform steering control until the signal is restored or the driver actively stops the autonomous driving process. The time under the correction signal is within 2 minutes. If the user does not have strict requirements on the accuracy of the operation or allows the vehicle to be too accurate at certain times, this time can be increased to more than 10 minutes.

What patterns are available?

Currently AB straight line, A+ straight line, following curve, circular curve and diagonal operating modes.

How often and at what costs is the software updated?

We provide free online upgrade services for each system. The frequency of updates varies depending on the launch of new features and overall version optimisation, but usually these updates are not necessary.

Which licenses/unlocks are available and at what costs?

Isobus, automatic U-turn, and satellite levelling system functions require additional payment to activate the software function package. The use of some functions requires additional wiring harnesses, antennas, et cetera, so there will be additional hardware costs.
