Raven RS1 is a scalable autosteer solution ranging from lightbar assisted steering to RTK-based hydraulic autosteer. It comes with either a CR7 of CR12 display.

What is the most striking detail of your system?
The Raven RS1 platform is a platform with a lot of flexibility. With a CR7 it starts with manual/lightbar steering or just an iso display for application control. But is fully scalable to RTK steering and capable with application control for 5 products. Raven provides cloud-functionalities as an option.

How is it fitted?
Hydraulic steering is most likely to be installed by a Raven dealer. Depending on the platform it takes 4 to 20 hours of installation. On a steer-ready vehicle, the cabling and hydraulics are there and installation will be quick.

Can it be fitted on pre-installed or factory fitted vehicle components?
Yes. For most machines Raven has a solution and more are developed day by day. Depending on the platform, a license from the manufacturer is necessary to use a third-party steering system.

Can you take the system to another vehicle?
Yes, very easily. There are only 2 connectors in the cab and only 1 on the rooftop. The display is the first part, the second is the all-in-one RS1, which contains RTK-GPS receiver, RTK-cellular-modem, gyro, hydraulic drive unit and remote control.

What happens if satellite or correction signals lack or fail?
Yes, we support up to 20 minutes with RTK-L when the RTK-signal is lost. If you like to be supported for a longer time, then Raven GS-PRO is s Satellite based solution. This will be 3 cm accurate all the time with a yearly fee.

What patterns are available?
AB, A+, curved, pivot, contour, last pass guidance, pre-configured. The planning tool makes it possible to pre-plan a yearly operation. A pre-operation plan can be created where you can move contour points, offset tramline, make headlands with different offsets like spray lines/harvest or irrigation paths/boundary paths (field edge/no till zone) etc. POI is supported.

How often and at what costs is the software updated?
Software updates for the features that are bought are for free and occur 4 times a year, each quarter.

Which licenses/unlocks are available and at what costs?
ISO-VT is standard. Optional are TC including TC-SC € 795, TC Single VRA € 750, TC Multi VRA € 1010, Smart Grid € 820, Turn Around € 540, Plot Planting € 1100, Operation Planning € 1070. For cloud we have 3 different licenses, each with a yearly fee.
