Future Farming is relaunching its mission to update and enhance its Field Robots Buyer’s Guide for 2024. Be part of the ultimate agricultural robot buying guide – the fourth edition already.

Last year, we unveiled the third edition of the world’s first ag-robot catalogue, featuring over 50 field and harvest robots available for purchase, lease, or hire in 2023. This comprehensive buyer’s guide provides valuable insights into the capabilities, technologies and pricing of more than 50 robots. Now, we are gearing up to refresh and expand our catalogue for 2024, and we‘re inviting you to join us in this endeavour.

Different categories

As the number of commercially available robots for open-field crop production continues to grow, we categorise them into three distinct groups:

  • Specialised robots designed for single tasks such as crop or field scouting, weed removal, or spraying.
  • Multipurpose robots capable of performing a range of tasks and handling various implements.
  • Harvest robots, autonomously harvesting outdoor crops (please note that indoor/greenhouse harvesting robots are not within our scope).

Already featured? Keep us updated!

If your robot is already part of our robot buyer’s guides or catalogues, then kindly provide us with updates regarding the number of operational units, specifications and current pricing. Rest assured that previous contributors will also receive separate communications from the Future Farming editorial team. And please note; to make your robot stand out as much as possible in our special print version, it is important that we get a nice photo at our disposal in sufficiently high resolution (at least 1 MB).

A Special Print Edition of Future Farming

The global buying guide, showcasing all available field and harvest robots for 2024, will be accessible online and in the exclusive 2023/2024 print edition of Future Farming. The Robot Buyer’s Guide 2024 takes centre stage in this glossy special edition, which also highlights other groundbreaking technologies shaping the future of farming. This special yearly edition will debut at the Agritechnica exhibition from 12 to 18 November in Hanover, Germany and will be available at the Future Farming booth. You can find us there with our company Misset Uitgeverij B.V., Halle 8 and Stand number B04
