Direct injection spraying

Adam’s winning article was published in Future Farming issue 4 of 2017. The article, Is direct injection spraying technology about to take off?, examins the potential of direct injection spraying systems.

The annual Institution of Agricultural Engineers (IAgrE) Award recognises the best article or broadcast highlighting the role of engineering in modern food and energy production.

The award, presented at the Guild’s annual Bangers ‘n’ Beer reception, is sponsored by IAgrE – the professional body for engineers, scientists, technologists and managers in the land-based sector.

Adam’s piece was well researched, clearly written and includes useful panels on the available pros and cons of direct injection spraying systems

IAgrE chief executive Alastair Taylor praised the high standard of entries as he presented Adam with £750 and a commemorative trophy for winning the award.

Alastair said: “Adam’s piece was well researched, clearly written and includes useful panels on the available pros and cons of direct injection spraying systems.”
